Welcome to Seafood & Health

Over the past twenty years, new research efforts have been undertaken throughout the world that examine the role of Omega-3s throughout human life. The findings from these new studies often find their way into scientific journals- leaving the public largely uninformed about what the science means and how it affects their lives. Understanding these new research efforts was a major focus of Seafood & Health '05.

This website provides a look back at Seafood & Health '05: Issues, Questions, & Answers including full transcripts of the conference, speaker information, a photo album, and news articles.
